Two out of three Germans reject sanctions on Russia

A majority of Germans is against EU sanctions on Russia for its actions in Ukraine. A survey carried out by Forsa shows only 24% support sanctions, while 69% think sanctions will not improve the situation in Ukraine. Also, 64% think the sanctions will have a negative impact on Germany.

Terror attack shuts down UK parliament

[Updated] Westminster, and its surrounding areas, has been sealed off after a car drove into several people and one policeman was stabbed. At least three people have been killed.
