France says EU 'shirking' Africa mission

France has accused EU countries of failing to put forward enough soldiers for a peacekeeping mission to the Central African Republic. "The EU must not shirk its responsibilities ... despite contributions announced by some European states, the total falls short," FM Fabius and defence minister Le Drian said Friday
