Poland and Lithuania seek tough EU measures on Russia

The Polish and Lithuanian FMs coming into a meeting in Brussels on Monday said the EU should impose sanctions on Russian officials deemed guilty of orchestrating the Crimea referendum. Poland's Sikorski called it an "anschluss," referring to Germany's annexation of Austria in WWII. "Russia leaves us no choice," he said.
