Greece surplus to go to social measures

A part of Greece's budget surplus will be used to "strengthen the social safety net and protect the most vulnerable", EU economics commissioner Olli Rehn said Wednesday in a press conference. Greek PM Antonis Samaras previously said that €500m will be "redistributed" for social aims.

EU Modernisation Fund: an open door for fossil gas in Romania
