EU climate goals postponed until December

EU leaders are postponing until December a decision on EU's climate goals for 2030 that will be submitted next year to the UN, according to the latest draft conclusions for a summit that should have been devoted to climate and energy, but which was taken over by the Russian-Ukrainian crisis.
