Spain set to miss EU budget deficit target

Spain is set to miss the European Commission's target of 4.2 percent budget deficit of gross domestic product in 2015, reports Bloomberg. Instead, the Spanish government said it will hit a budget shortfall of 5.5 percent. The missed target means Spain is lining up for a clash with the commission.
