South Africa's Zuma to boycott EU-Africa summit

South African president Jacob Zuma will boycott this week's EU-Africa summit, after accusing the EU of dictating which African leaders could attend. "The time must pass wherein we are looked as subjects, we are told who must come, who must not come," Zuma told media in Cape Town on Monday.

EU Modernisation Fund: an open door for fossil gas in Romania
