Ukraine must implement IMF programme, say France and Germany

Ukraine must "fully and swiftly" implement all requirements formulated by the International Monetary Fund in order to receive the EU-IMF loans, German finance minister Wolfgang Schaeuble and his French counterpart said Monday in Berlin. One of the contentious requirements is the scrapping of subsidies for household energy.
