Cameron launches EU election campaign Ukip attack

UK premier David Cameron launched his party's EU elections campaign on Thursday with a rare direct attack on the anti-EU Ukip party. Cameron urged voters to reject the "extremist" party. Ukip is tipped to come first or second in the May vote, pushing the Tories into third place.
