Former French PM backs UK exit from EU

Former French prime minister Michel Rocard says Britain should leave the EU, reports The Telegraph newspaper. "If they go, it becomes possible to respond to the needs of governing in Europe," he said. Rocard described the UK as a barrier to EU integration. Rocard was prime minister under Francois Mitterrand
