German lawmakers want to talk to Snowden

Lawmakers in Germany on Thursday agreed to have US-whistleblower Edward Snowden testify in an inquiry on US surveillance of Chancellor Angela Merkel, reports Reuters. The committee leading the inquiry is split on whether to bring Snowden to Germany or to go to Russia to speak with him there.
