Finnish EP pre-election vote down slightly

17.1 percent of Finns have voted in advance in the European elections, according to the National broadcasting company Yle. The percentage is slightly lower than in 2009 when 17.3 percent of voters cast their ballots in advance. The final turnout that year was 38.6 percent.
