EU wants more money for Ukraine

The European Commission on Friday said it needs an additional €2 billion to make up a funding shortfall caused in part by the crisis in Ukraine and youth employment. The UK, for its part, has voiced opposition over the requests and says it is better to reallocate the existing budget.
