A third of euro zone banks need capital to survive stress tests

Nearly one third of eurozone banks believe they need extra capital to survive the EU's latest round of stress tests, the Wall Street Journal reports. Spanish banks were the least confident, according to a poll by Ernst and Young, with German institutions the most secure in the their capital position.
