Irish MEP quits Liberals to join anti-federalist EP group

Brian Crowley, from Ireland's centre-right Fianna Fail party, has quit the liberal faction in the EP to join the anti-federalist Tory-led ECR group, reports RTE. Fianna Fail MEPs joined Alde in 2009 having previously sat with a nationalist group. ECR is set to be the EP's third largest group.
