EU commission to help enforce medical care rights

The EU commission Tuesday urged people to complain if states do not respect the European Health Insurance Card - a system for ensuring visitors don't pay more than natives for emergency medical care. "Complain to the national authorities, and if that doesn't work, complain to us," an EU spokesman said.
