Juncker nomination talks 'serene'

EU council chief Herman Van Rompuy said Monday in Brussels' Fine Arts Museum that last week's summit talks on the nomination of Jean-Claude Juncker were "serene" and that there was "no warfare" between British PM David Cameron, who requested an unprecedented vote, and the rest of the EU leaders.
