Serbia is set to hire UK politician and former European Commissioner for trade Peter Mandelson to help prepare its EU membership bid, reports The Independent. "He can have a real impact," said Serbia's PM Aleksandar Vucic. Former PM Tony Blair was reportedly the first choice but was deemed to expensive.
