EU to add more names to Russia blacklist

Reuters reports that EU countries' ambassadors at a meeting on Monday agreed to expand a blacklist of Russians and Ukrainian separatists over the ongoing conflict in east Ukraine. The number and the actual names are to be decided at a follow-up meeting on Wednesday.
