Austrian leads class action suit against Facebook

Austrian privacy campaigner Max Schrems is leading a class action suit against Facebook for violating EU data protection law and helping the American's spy on people, reports the Guardian. Some 17,000 Facebook users have signed up to the case. A litigation funding company is filing the case on their behalf.
