EU to investigate why Galileo satellites launched in wrong orbit

The European Space Agency and the European Commission will set up an investigation panel on Monday to analyse why two Galileo satellites went into the wrong orbit after launch from French Guiana on Friday. The European Commission had described the launch as “another milestone in the history of the programme.”
