Cameron backs Tusk for council job

British PM David Cameron is set to tell fellow EU leaders that he favours Polish PM Donald Tusk to succeed Herman Van Rompuy as council chief, the Guardian reports. Tusk could be a compromise for eastern member states to accept Italy's Federica Mogherini as the next EU foreign affairs chief.
