Putin says EU-Ukraine trade pact will cost him €2bn

Russian leader Putin said at a summit in Minsk Tuesday the EU-Ukraine trade deal will cost Russia €2bn in lost business with Ukraine. He repeated threats to cancel preferential tariffs for Ukraine but said he advocates "closer co-operation" between the EU and his Eurasian Union, to be launched in 2015.
