Poroshenko shakes Putin's hand in Minsk

Ukraine leader Poroshenko shook hands for cameras with Russia's president Putin at a meeting in Minsk on Tuesday despite reports of ever-more Russian troops and weapons pouring into Ukraine. "In Minsk at this meeting the fate of the world and Europe is being decided," Poroshenko told press, AFP reports.
