Estonia Facebook separatism follows Latvia

A Facebook page showing the "Baltic Russian Republic", with a separatist flag and map, appeared Friday in what one Estonian security contact called "an attempted provocation, with no reality behind it". Estonia's page comes after Latvian security launched an inquiry into a similar incident.

EU Modernisation Fund: an open door for fossil gas in Romania
