EU condemns 'arbitrary' Russian entry ban on MEP

The refusal by Russian authorities to allow several European indivuduals in the country to attend Boris Nemtsov's burial, including Latvian MEP Sandra Kalniete, is "a clear breach of basic principles", EU spokeswoman Maja Kocijancic said Tuesday. The justification of a threat to security "is arbitrary", she added.
