UK to hold EU referendum on 23 June

British PM Cameron announced Saturday that he will hold the referendum on EU membership on 23 June. He said outside Downing Street that voting to leave would be a "leap in the dark." "I believe Britain will be safer, strong and better off in a reformed European Union," he said.
