Europeans must cut beef in diet to meet CO2 goals

A Swedish study published on Monday in the Food Policy journal says it's "unavoidable" that Europeans will have to cut their beef and mutton consumption by 50 percent if the EU is to meet its CO2 targets. It says dairy consumption must also go down.
