Delays as Brussels airport reopens terminal

Some passengers, including former Belgian PM Yves Leterme, missed flights amid two-hour delays when Brussels airport reopened its departures terminal on Monday. A terrorist bombs killed 16 people at the site on 22 March. Airport authorities warned that the situation won't return to normal capacity until mid-June.
