Juncker: UK must clarify Brexit position

European Commission president Jean-Claude Juncker said on Tuesday that the UK should "clarify its position" on Brexit "as rapidly as possible". In a speech in the EU parliament, he said the result of the UK referendum had "cut off one of our wings but we are still flying towards new horizons". He added he would "fight until [his] last breath for a united Europe".
