EU to ease rules on banker bonus caps

The European Commission plans to ease bonus caps on smaller firms according to documents seen by Bloomberg news agency. Justice commissioner Vera Jourova also told the Financial Times that the commission wanted "to clarify the rules to make them more proportionate and less burdensome for smaller and less complex credit institutions and investment firms”.
