UK tourism booming after fall in pound
By EUobserver
June's Brexit vote has boosted UK tourism, reports the BBC. This comes after the pound dropped about 13% against the dollar and 10% against the euro, since the referendum, with 4.3% more planned UK flights over summer, compared to last year. Meanwhile; terrorist attacks saw French tourism down 10% in July this year, leaving Paris hotels only one-third full, tourism minister Matthias Fekl told Journal du Dimanche.
