Dieselgate inquiry to hear from German ministers

German transport minister Alexander Dobrindt and Lower Saxony premier Stephan Weil have agreed to appear as witnesses at the European Parliament's Dieselgate inquiry committee in October. Weil is also president of the supervisory board of VW. Parliament says ministers from France, Italy and Slovakia have not yet decided whether they will testify.
