EU 'baloney' and 'pate' in Brexit jibes

France and Germany have mocked British FM Johnson for claiming it was "baloney" that, under EU law, the UK cannot have single market access without letting in EU workers. French finance minister Sapin said Friday: "If we want to make good European pate, then there are four freedoms that together make up the pate". Germany's finance chief Schaeuble offered to mail Johnson a copy of the EU treaty, Reuters reports.
