Four EU states did not relocate a single refugee

Austria, Denmark, Hungary and Poland have not taken a single migrant from Greece or Italy despite being obliged to under an EU decision covering relocation of 160,000 people, the European Commission said on Wednesday. EU migration chief Dimitris Avramopoulos said in future migrant quotas might be voluntary, but added that past promises must be kept. He also said Greece would soon accept more people under the EU's Dublin asylum rule.
