British pound drops to lowest value since 1985
The British pound continued to drop on Tuesday, two days after the UK's prime minister gave a speech interpreted by many to announce the country is heading towards a "hard" exit from the EU. The British pound has not been this weak since 1985. It fell 0.82% against the dollar, and 0.4% against the euro. A pound is now worth $1.274 and €1.141.
