Spain reviewing Russia warship decision

Spain is rethinking its decision to let Syria-bound Russian warships refuel at its port in Ceuta. “The last stops requested are being reviewed at this time based on the information we are receiving from our allies and Russian authorities," the foreign ministry said on Wednesday. Nato has voiced concern on the issue, amid Russia's bombardment of civilians in Aleppo.
