German spy agency arrests 'extremist' employee

An employee of the German intelligence agency BfV has been arrested for posting Islamist messages online and releasing sensitive information in web forums. German newspaper Die Welt reported that the 51-year-old had boasted of planning a terrorist attack, though the spy agency played down the story.

[Updated] Westminster, and its surrounding areas, has been sealed off after a car drove into several people and one policeman was stabbed. At least three people have been killed.
