Greece vows to improve conditions for stranded migrants
Greek authorities have promised to improve conditions for refugees and asylum seekers stranded on Aegean islands. “We are planning to have new, small venues on the islands," migration minister Yiannis Mouzalas told reporters on Wednesday. He said the authorities would try to move migrants out of tents and into houses or other places. Around 15,000 people are stranded in overcrowded camps on the islands.
