Russia suspected of OSCE hacking

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) confirmed on Wednesday that its computer system had been "compromised and put in danger". The French newspaper Le Monde reported earlier that the Vienna-based democracy watchdog had been hacked. It said that intelligence services suspected a Russian group called APT28, which had been accused of hacking France's TV5 Monde in 2015.
