EU parliament chief to discuss Brexit with May

European Parliament chief Antonio Tajani said on Thursday he has invited British prime minister Theresa May to take part in a plenary session in Strasbourg to discuss Brexit. He also said May invited him to have talks in London "before the Summer" on the UK leaving the EU. Tajani, who was elected president in January this year, said the parliament wants to be a "protagonist" in the Brexit negotiations.
