Turkey in arms talks with Russia

Turkey is in talks with Russia over buying S-400 anti-aircraft missiles, said the Turkish defence minister, Fikri Isik, on Wednesday. "There is progress in the discussions," he was quoted as saying by the Turkish state news agency, Anadolu. Turkey, a Nato member, had already tried to buy an air defence system from China last year.
