London police investigating alleged terrorist incident

London's Metropolitan Police are investigating an explosion followed by a fire in an underground train carriage, and are treating it as a terrorist incident. It took place at Parsons Green station, London, on Friday morning. It is "too early to confirm cause of fire", police said in a tweet. The Daily Telegraph posted a video of what appears to be a bucket with flames. The media have reported injuries.
