Greece passes gender change law
By EUobserver
The Greek parliament passed a law on Tuesday that will allow people to more easily change their legal gender, as the law removes a medical requirement for gender change. The minimum age for gender changes is 15. Ilga-Europe, an LGBT rights advocacy group, said the law was a step in the right direction but didn't do enough for "full self-determination" of transgender people.
