EU and UK present post-Brexit import plan to WTO

In a joint letter on Wednesday, Britain and the EU formally informed members of the World Trade Organization (WTO) how they plan to split up EU tariff quotas and farm subsidies after Brexit. It is to let exporters know what access to expect from separate UK and EU markets. The US and Canada already made it clear that they think the plan will put them at a disadvantage.
