Barnier: 'Deadlock' at Brexit talks on divorce bill

EU Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier said after the fifth round of talks with the UK on Thursday that negotiations on its divorce bill have hit a "deadlock." He also said he would not tell EU leaders that "sufficient progress" has been made to move talks on to trade and future relations negotiations next week. Barnier called it "very disturbing" that there is no movement on the exit bill.
