Finnish PM: EU 'frustrated' with slow Brexit talks
By EUobserver
Finland's prime minister Juha Sipila told reporters Thursday that EU leaders are "frustrated" with the slow pace of Brexit negotiations. "We are a little bit frustrated about the progress, hopefully we can be in that [moving to next phase of talks] position in December," he said, arriving at the European Council. He added that he hoped the three key divorce issues can be resolved by December, allowing talks to proceed.
