Babis poised to be in power for EU summit in December

Czech ANO party leader Andrej Babis said on Tuesday, after meeting president Milos Zeman, that he expected his minority cabinet to take power on 13 December, in time to enable him to attend the European Union December summit. Babis said his new cabinet would have 15 members, including himself. Nine ministers have never been members of a cabinet before and four women would be included.
