May: 'We're on course to deliver Brexit'

UK prime minister Theresa May said she was "disappointed" that her government lost a vote on Brexit in the House of Commons on Wednesday. She said however that the EU Withdrawal Bill "is making good progress" in the UK parliament. "We're on course to deliver Brexit," she insisted at her arrival at the summit in Brussels where EU leaders are due to agree on opening the second phase of negotiations.
