Puigdemont's German lawyer says no extradition to Spain

A lawyer in Germany representing exiled Catalan former leader Carles Puigdemont says he cannot be extradited to Spain. The lawyer, a former German Supreme Court justice, told Suddeutsche Zeitung daily on Wednesday that Germany risks "letting Spanish conflicts of interest be carried out on German soil" should any decision on Puigdemont's fate be delayed.
